Dr. Elizabeth van Geerestein is niet alleen een spreker. Zij is de oprichter en directeur van Papillon & Partners. Haar werkzaamheden liggen voornamelijk op het terrein van ontwikkeling van persoonlijk leiderschap, verandermanagement en optimalisering van bedrijfsprocessen en -prestaties. Zij is niet alleen een geschoolde en gecertificeerde leiderschap- en personal coach, maar ook een mentor, trainer van professionals, presentator, organisatieadviseur, en deskundige op het gebied van organisatieprocessen. "Dr. van Geerestein has been working as a consultant for AstraZeneca on various projects since 2004 and in her current assignment, has been engaged by AstraZeneca as Leadership Coach, Consultant and Conference Facilitator since June 2007.
In the role of Conference Host and Facilitator, Elizabeth provided excellent support and facilitation during two of our conferences held recently in Budapest, Hungary and Cairo, Egypt, respectively. The support, challenge and focus she provided in preparation for the conferences upfront paid dividends. It really was all about preparation, preparation, and preparation! Although I initially found it quite time consuming to do so much preparation in advance it really did pay off huge dividends in the end.
