prof. dr. Isaac Getz

Prof. dr. Isaac Getz is a professor at the top-ranked ESCP Europe School of Business (Paris-London-Berlin-Madrid-Torino). He was visiting professor at Cornell and Stanford Universities and at the University of Massachusetts. He graduated in Computer Science, and then obtained a M.Sc. in Management Science, and PhDs in Psychology and in Management. Before becoming a professor, he worked for several years in the area of information systems.

His last book, Freedom, Inc. (Crown Business) co-authored with Brian Carney, has been acclaimed by Forbes, WSJ, New York Times, Fox, CNBC, and other media.       In 2010, he won the Syntec Award for the best academic article in France (“Liberating Leadership”) in the category Organization/Management/HR. Dr. Getz is an active speaker on the topics of idea and innovation management, liberating leadership, and corporate excellence and change.
