Biografie van dr. Thomas Zweifel
Coaching, Communicatie en Culturele Intelligentie
Dr. Thomas D. Zweifel Ph.D. (1962) is CEO van de Swiss Consulting Group en hoogleraar Leiderschap aan de Universiteit van Columbia en de Sankt Gallen Business School. Sinds 1984 heeft hij wereldwijd honderden leiders van regeringen, internationale (non-profit)organisaties, kleine bedrijven en grote ondernemingen uit de Fortune 500 gecoacht.
Recent heeft hij een nieuw leiderschapmodel geïntroduceerd, dat is gebaseerd op de 3 C’s: Coaching, Communicatie en Culturele Intelligentie. Zweifels recentste boek is ‘International Organizations & Democracy: Accountability, Politics and Power’ (2005). Daarin onderzoekt en beantwoordt hij vragen als ‘Representeren internationale organisaties de belangen van de globale burger?’.
Zweifel is geboren in Parijs en heeft opleidingen gevolgd in Zwitserland, Duitsland en de Verenigde Staten, waar hij in New York een Mastersgraad heeft gehaald in International Affairs en een Ph.D. in International Relations. Hij spreekt vloeiend Duits, Engels, Frans en Italiaans. Hij is een verwoed marathonloper.
